Plenty of classic Islay character runs through its core, and it’s still adorned with the picture of a sheep on the label, so all’s good here! The name Sheep Dip comes from the olden days when people in the West Country used to make their own whisky and hide it in barrels marked “SD” to avoid paying taxes on it.
