You saveSailor Jerry Spiced Caribbean Rum is made using a continuous process, like many light rums, where the alcohol produced during fermentation is concentrated up to approximately 96% ABV through distillation and it’s here that the distillate gets its required nose & taste. The rum is then blended with the natural essence from the spices, vanilla and lime, and reduced to a bottling strength of 40% ABV. At 40% ABV it’s stronger than some other spiced rums on the market, but goes down exceptionally smooth.
