Diplomatico’s Reserva Exclusiva is a complex blend of copper pot still rums that have been aged in oak barrels for 12 long years. Ironically he preached temperance to all while enjoying many free pineapple rums at Mr Weller’s pub. At least there is no denying his impeccable taste. This lovely nectar of a rum was never intended for sale, but was intended as a liquid thank you to the apprentices of the ‘Tails of the cocktail’ program.
