Selected spirits of good white wines, healthy and fit for consumption. Aged for 18 months in American oak casks according to the traditional Sherry system of Soleras and Criaderas. Amber coloured brandy of extraordinary character, a result of the careful selection of the grapes used as the raw material and the length of its aging. Very balanced flavour and fragrant finish. Due to its great versatility and quality this brandy is recommended both with a mixer and as an ingredient of numerous cocktails, as well as neat or on the rocks.

Part of this blend contains liquid coming from the Soleras of Alfonso XO Brandy from Williams & Humbert. Selected grape spirits distilled from excellent white wines that would be suitable for direct consumption. Aged in American oak casks under the traditional system of Soleras until it attains the minimum age required of a Brandy de Jerez Solera. Full golden colour, clear and bright, with hints of fruits, ginger and honey and with a soft and good length grape wine spirit finish.
Outstanding in mixed drinks, it is also excellent in a snifter or in a glass with abundant ice.

You saveVery mature brandy prepared from low strength wine spirits (65% Alc. Vol.), distilled from excellent wines (Hollands), aged in oak casks. Solera gran Reserva brandy aged for an average of ten years in American oak casks which have previously contained sherry, its mahogany colour with golden tones and the complexity of its aromas are reminiscent of its long and adequate aging in wood. Slightly sweet on the palate, it is smooth and full-bodied with toasted and vanilla notes and a long and pleasant finish. This mature and aristocratic brandy is a real treat to the palate. Enjoy it in a very fine snifter at room temperature, slightly warmed by cupping it in the palm of your hand to celebrate special occasions.

FUNDADOR SHERRY CASK 700ML
You saveFounded in 1730 in the site of an old mill from the 17th century, Fundador Wineries are the oldest in Jerez. Pedro Domecq Loustau is the person behind the founding of Fundador, which is home to one of the largest wineries in the world. Fundador Solera Reserva is crafted using Airén and Palomino grapes grown in the Jerez region. The brandy is then fermented in American oak barrels which were previously used for sherry. Fundador in Spanish means “founder”. This is an apt name for a brand who was the first to market itself as a Jerez brandy. The smooth, rich smell of brandy rises to meet the nose when you open a bottle of Fundador Solera Reserva. It smells a bit like fruitcake and dried apricots with a touch of spice and black pepper. In the mouth, it gives off the creamy taste of pudding, vanilla, oven-baked apples, and spices. After finishing, you are left with the taste of apricot and spices pleasantly lingering on the tongue. Try this brandy with cheese or chocolate as they will expertly play off of the spicy fruitiness.

Founded in 1765, Hennessy is one of the premier Cognac houses in all of France. Cognac develops its caramel colour through wood-aging but often caramel colouring is added to create a darker and richer looking blend.
